What is your minimum order quantity for custom hats?
MOQ depends on the style, material and colors of your specific product — it is not one blanket number. Tell us your design and quantity and we will confirm the current minimum conditions for your project.
Do you accept third-party QC inspection?
Yes. We welcome SGS, TÜV, QIMA, BV and any buyer-appointed inspection agency before shipment. Our factory also performs internal checks against the approved sample and measurement sheet.
Can I approve a physical sample before bulk production?
Yes. The physical sample is the approval gate before bulk production. Once approved, the sample and documented specification become the reference for production and any repeat orders.
What is your monthly production capacity?
The BDBRIM factory in Baoding produces over 300,000 caps per month across cutting, sewing, embroidery, printing and finishing lines, with capacity scaling for seasonal programs.
Which certifications does your factory hold?
The factory is SGS inspected, BSCI audited, and holds OEKO-TEX Standard 100, CE and RoHS certifications. Certification documents are available on request for your compliance file.
How long does production take?
Development, production and transit are separate stages. Actual timing varies by style, quantity, material availability and approvals. We give realistic ranges with conditions for your specific project rather than a universal promise.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard terms are 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T, PayPal, Western Union and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
Will I pay U.S. import duties or tariffs?
Duty depends on product classification, origin and current trade measures, which can change. We can provide product details and classification reference information; please confirm current duty with your customs broker before ordering.
